The primary market covers memorabilia purchased directly from EQWIN. If a memorabilia unit is listed with “EQWIN” as the seller, the transaction takes place on the primary market.
You buy on the primary market in two situations:
• No player has purchased that memorabilia yet, so EQWIN is the only seller.
• Existing owners have all set resale prices above EQWIN’s price. Because the lowest-priced units are sold first, you buy directly from EQWIN.
On the primary market, the purchase price is always equal to the memorabilia’s Indicative Sporting Value (ISV). Transactions between players take place on the secondary market.
