As a reminder, the Indicative Sporting Value (ISV) of a unit of a memorabilia is calculated using an algorithm which takes into account the prizes of the races in which the horse participates, as well as the horse's performance.
Losses in value are therefore most often observed when a horse does not finish a race and when it enters less well-funded races.
