To withdraw your EQWIN balance, follow these simple steps:
Access the “MY PROFILE” tab on your EQWIN account.
Click on the “TRANSFER” option.
Enter the IBAN of the bank account to which you wish to receive the transfer.
Please note that your IBAN details are provided for the first transfer, then kept for subsequent transfers.
Important withdrawal information:
For security and fraud prevention reasons, EQWIN reserves the right to block any transfer of the EQWIN balance for the period necessary to finalize an internal investigation.
