EQWIN does not have access to your personal data. They are processed and stored by our service provider MangoPay.
All KYC data is collected via secure channels. The servers and data are hosted in data centers managed by professionals from the financial sector, partners of MangoPay. This includes declarative data as well as transmitted KYC documents.
In accordance with the framework contract linking the platform and MangoPay as well as the MangoPay T&Cs to which EQWIN has adhered, no commercial or marketing exploitation will be made of the data transmitted. These have the sole purpose of meeting the regulatory obligations of the banking service provider.
