How to be sure to receive emails from EQWIN 🏇
I – If you are on Gmail:
Our emails can sometimes arrive in the “Promotions” tab or in spam.
To not miss anything new from EQWIN, simply add our email address to your Gmail contacts.
On computer
1 - Move the email to the “Main” tab
2 - Then click on “Yes” when Gmail asks you if you need to do the same for future emails.
You can also:
1 - Open an EQWIN email
2 - Hover over the name or email address of EQWIN [email protected]
3 - Click on “Add to contacts”
On mobile
1 - Open an EQWIN email
2 - Click on the ⋮ at the top right
3 - Choose “Move to Main”
II – If you are on Outlook, Hotmail or Live
1 - Open an EQWIN email
2 - Click on “This is not spam”
3 - Add the EQWIN address to your contacts
You can also move the email to your main mailbox if necessary.
III – If you are on Apple Mail (iPhone / Mac)
1 - Open an EQWIN email
2 - Add the sender to your contacts
3 - If the email is in “Junk”, move it to your inbox
IV – If you are on Orange
1 - Open an EQWIN email
2 - If the email is in spam, click on “This email is not spam”
3 - Then add the EQWIN address to your address book
V – If you are on Yahoo Mail
1 - Open an EQWIN email
2 - Click on “Not Spam” if necessary
3 - Add the sender to your contacts
