The reasons why your identity could not be validated are as follows:
The information transmitted is not readable (blurry, poor lighting, obstacle on the photo, reflection, etc.). Make sure you take a well-lit, clear and legible photo of the front AND back of your ID,
you are under 18 years old,
the information does not match the personal information you provided via the identity form.
Important: a user can only hold one EQWIN account.
After 3 failed attempts, automatic verification crashes and we have to manually verify your identity, which may take longer.
