Verifying your identity on the application is MANDATORY to be able to transfer money from your EQWIN account to your bank account.
We advise doing this as soon as possible after registration!
The procedure is indicated in the diagram below, and requires having an identity document available, either a passport, an identity card, or a driving license.
Everything happens in MY PROFILE / PERSONAL INFORMATION, by clicking on "Check now" and following the instructions step by step: enter and validate the information on the identity document, then take a photo of it!
Please be patient as the verification process can sometimes take a little time (up to 72 hours).
To put all the chances on your side in order to start the adventure as quickly as possible, remember to take a photo of your identity document that is as legible as possible (i.e. clear, framed, valid). Be careful of the reflection of the flash which can hide important information in your document!
